★☆☆☆☆ We flew in on time, took a taxi straight from airport. Contacted the tour guide that we would be a few mins late. They replied the tour would start at 8:05pm. We pulled up at the address the GPS took us to at exactly 8:05pm. and found NO TOUR.
★☆☆☆☆ Never found the tour guide and couldn’t download the tix. So had to buy tix and will be looking for a refund.
★★☆☆☆ Our experience was just frustrating. After waiting an hour in a very hot line with our guide, they closed the top part while we were getting our tickets. Our guide was good but she had no system to talk to us so we couldn’t hear. Why couldn’t she have the tickets ahead of time? Does everyone have to stand in that line , no matter what? What was the point of the extra cost of reservations?

★☆☆☆☆ We made the outing enjoyable, but to be honest I do not see any added value which would be worth paying 20 euros more than the ticket itself. We waited 1 hour in line to get tickets which I thought had already been purchased (the reservation says that the voucher we get by email will be replaced by a ticket but it does not say that you have to wait for the guide to get the tickets). The guide was very nice but the way this activity is organized needs to be revisited. I am very disappointed and could have saved 60 euros (there were 3 of us).

I know it said no line skipping, but I did not realize that we still have to wait in line to get tickets, I am not able to stand for long period of time, which caused a lot of problems for me We ended up leaving our tour group and went back to our vehicle
★☆☆☆☆ This was a fraudulent tour. The guide didn’t have any tickets for the tower. We all had to wait for him to buy one which took 2 hours. Don’t buy.
★★☆☆☆ The tour felt very disorganized, the guides did not start on time and I was very disappointed with the fact that we had to stand in line for tickets when we had prepaid for them. This was a waste of time. The guide was knowledgeable about the history/facts of the tower but spent to much time talking. We ended up leaving the group and going on our own to take pictures and enjoy the view. Not worth the money we paid, but we enjoyed the views and the memories made.
★☆☆☆☆ PLEASE, re-think using this app! We were stuck not the city metro, underground no less, and reached out to the operators, to inform them we would be late. The said that we were a “NO SHOW” yet NEVER responded to our text, communicating our situation. We asked about another tour and were met with the same response, NO RESPONSE. When asked about a refund, we were denied due to us being a “NO SHOW” when we communicated being stuck underground on the metro system. They are beyond un-professional and truly could care less. I’d post photos, of the lack of communication if I could, as well as lack of professionalism. PLEASE DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. They are worse than the pick pockets.

★☆☆☆☆ We reported to the meeting spot, no tour guide arrived. We contacted support chat, no response after a hour I had to buy another ticket, which wasn't a problem because it was an amazing experience to see the top of the Eiffel Tower, but the company wouldn't refund me for 3 people (over $250).

★☆☆☆☆ Access to top floor seemed to be randomly closed at time of entry; then somehow reopened before we completed the tour, but we missed out despite reservations. Weather was perfect and overcrowding was the excuse used… why does the Eiffel Tower sell more tickets to the top by time windows than there is room??? There ought to be something tour operators can do. We/visitors travel a long way and don’t have other opportunities to get up there but these clowns running the Tower don’t seem to care obviously…
★★☆☆☆ I paid for a guided tour to the summit. The impression I had from the Eiffel Tower website was that summit tickets were sold out and that there was a risk that I would not be able to buy them on the day. It turns out the guide just buys the tickets in the same way you would but for the whole group and then accompanies you to the second floor only. His tour/guidance is very limited (probably no more that you would get from 5 minutes of googling) and then he abandons you on the second floor and leaves you to make your own way to the top of the tower. All in all I feel the service we had was worth £30 and I was charged £100 too much. Others on the tour expressed the same feelings.
★☆☆☆☆ It was a complete waste of money. We did not select to climb 667 steps to the 2nd floor before accessing the elevator. When I received the voucher I assumed it was a mistake We bought 2 tickets again to go to the top, including stops at the first two floors. We lost €109.
